Barre Fit - Barre Fit offers the grace of ballet, the flexibility of yoga, deep muscle toning and core strengthening. The total body, low-impact workout, set to music, incorporates the use of ballet moves with props such as hand weights, gliding discs and mini stability balls to tone your body. The exercises will tend to be more contracted and small, focusing on deep toning and sculpting moves. The Barre workout is a natural extension to Pilates as the movements are similar (think standing Pilates work). A mind body connection is required and the precise contractions will seem very familiar to Pilates enthusiasts. Although Barre is for every body, those with knee issues should check with the instructor.

Biker Barre - A 60 minute class that incorporates segments on the bike to boost your cardio output then off the bike using weights, gliding discs and mini stability balls using the bike as a ballet barre. Cardio Strength Circuit- Take charge of your day with this balance workout combining cardio and strength training. This workout is a heart pumping, fat burning class. You will go through a series of 'stations' utilizing various pieces of fitness equipment. Designed for all fitness levels, you will enjoy the camaraderie of a group ready to increase their energy, strength and confidence.
Cycling - Get ready for a kick butt workout! Invigorating music and top notch instructors, make this class fun and effective. Get your heart pumping and your legs burning. Our music choice will determine where the 'road' takes you, whether it's climbing a hill, sprinting as fast a possible across flat roads or 'jumping' through dicey terrain, this class is NOT for the faint of heart! Indoor cycling is one of the best cardio, fat-burning workouts and is adaptable to all fitness levels as resistance is controlled by the individual.
Definition and Down Dogs - Start a muscle defining, butt toning class with 30 minutes of resistance training, using body weight, hand weights and stability balls, then follow that with muscle lengthening and joint mobilizing Yoga work and you have a class that will get you to say "ow" then, "ahhh".
HIIT and Flow - HIIT or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Follow that with 30 minutes of Yoga and you've got a highly efficient, full body workout that lengthens and strengthens the muscles.
Pilates Burn - if you love challenging your balance, strengthening your legs, arms and CORE while integrating the whole body in every movement, you will love the Pilates Burn class. Utilizing the Pilates Exo chair, we will sculpt, tone and challenge all the muscles of the body by using the spring resistance of the chair. You will get a full body workout that not only makes you stronger, it will also improve your balance and range of motion.
Pilates Mat - Pilates mat work is a series of exercises that are done on the floor without Pilates apparatus. The attention in this class is to the flow of movement, the core muscles and perfecting the form during movement. Pilates mat class is for all levels as consideration and modifications are given for those that need it. Class may incorporate the use of props such as the magic circle, spine corrector or foam roller.
Power Yoga Flow - This is an invigorating Vinyasa style Yoga class that stretches the body, mind and spirit while toning the muscles and increasing range of motion. Linking breath and movement with intention, Power Yoga Flow includes standing and seated postures, Sun Salutations and ends with a deep relaxation savasana.
Reformer Small Group Training - Class of 3 to 5 participants using the universal reformer for a full body workout. Reformer work uses the resistance of springs to strengthen and lengthen the muscles, improve range of motion and increase flexibility, while improving posture. Reformer Pilates is generally more intense and more dynamic than mat based Pilates due to the use of the springs which form part of the machine. Class may incorporate the use of small props, such as mini stability balls, portable spine corrector or magic circle, as well as the Pilates Chair.
Radical Ride - This class will provide optimum fat burning and strength building. You will tackle rolling hills and flat road on your 30 minute bike workout. Then you will hit the floor with weights to work on those arms and abs for 30 minutes. This is a great total body workout for any fitness level.This class will kick your Ride workout up a notch by throwing resistance work into the mix, maximizing your calorie burn and toning your arms, shoulders, chest and back.

Yoga - Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. There is a broad variety of yoga schools, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Among the most well-known types of yoga are Hatha, Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga. Our classes incorporate different disciplines depending on the instructor and the intent of the class, i.e. Yoga for balance, Yoga for strength etc. No gongs or chanting here, just mindful movement for health.
Yoga Barre - A fusion of yoga and barre utilizing basic yoga sequences that will be used to warm the body in the first half of class. The second half of class will be lower body barre work and will end with stretching.
Zumba - We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning, body toning, dance fitness party.
