9:00 Pilates Reformer Class - A series of moves that strengthens the body and improves alignment using spring resistance
9:15 BB Barre - Pilates inspired barre moves adding light weights and props to tighten, tone and sculpt the body
9:45 Pilates Reformer Class - A series of moves that strengthens the body and improves alignment using spring resistance
10:00 Pilates Mat - A series of moves that strengthens the body and improves alignment using your body weight
10:30 Pilates Reformer Class - A series of moves that strengthens the body and improves alignment using spring resistance
10:30 Self Defense Demonstration - Women's empowerment and self defense with Michael Weisensee and Leslie Brown
10:45 Barre Fit - Strengthening work done at the Ballet Barre using light weights and props
11:15 Bodhi Suspension System® demo - The Bodhi Suspension System® brings the precision and movement principles of Pilates to suspension training. Leaning into the ropes takes the body out of alignment with gravity causing the core stability muscles to fire and develop integrated, whole body strength and flexibility while increasing proprioception. Bodhi adds standing, balance and stability challenges that bodies respond to and enjoy.
11:30 Yoga Flow - A relaxing class that will quiet the mind while increasing flexibility
12:00 Pilates Reformer Circuit - Take your reformer class, add Bodhi, Exo Chair and tower exercises and you have a class that will keep your body guessing
